CA Final Course Nov 2024: Eligibility, Registration & Syllabus

1. Eligibility: One must be considered eligible for the commencement of the course by having passed both the groups of Intermediate level of the CA course and also completed a minimum of 2.5 years before the commencement of the Articleship.
   2. Registration: The course registration is through an online process along with the payment of a fee of ₹ 22,000.
   3. Preparation: The syllabus is divided into two groups. There are six subjects in the syllabus, on advanced topics like auditing, taxation, and financial management. Early preparation is vital to successfully
   4. Exam Form: In August 2024, you can fill the exam form for Nov 2024. The fee for the exam form is ₹3,300.
   5. Admit Card: Your admit card will be out about 14 days before the exams. You are supposed to download the same from the ICAI portal.
   6. Examination and Results: The above dates are the schedule for the exams, and then two months from that date are the results. The pass marks that are required are at least 40% for each individual paper and 50% as an aggregate.

You will be qualified to appear for the CA Final November 2024 examination if you come within the ambit of any one of the following:
Cleared both groups of CA Intermediate examination.
• Registered for the course before July 1, 2024.
•Currently completed or nearing completion of 2.5 years of articled training.

Registration: Your registration should be valid, i.e., not more than five years from the date of registration.

The registration of the CA Final course is very simple. It can be done online by visiting the ICAI website. The steps in the process include:
• Log on to the ICAI official website.
• Go to the Student Cycle tab on the SSP portal.
• Choose the CA Final course if not selected before.
• Fill in all the required details. Most of them will come up on the screen as auto-populated from your Intermediate registration.
• Do the needful in regard to the uploading of necessary documents.
• Pay the registration fee.

The CA Final syllabus is categorized into two groups with six subjects in total:

CA Final Group 1 Subjects (New Syllabus)

3. Advanced Auditing, Assurance, and Professional Ethics

CA Final Group 2 Subjects (New Syllabus)

1. Direct Tax Laws & International Taxation

From August 7, 2024, to August 20, 2024, the CA Final examination form will be provided without any late fee. You have to fill out this form to appear in the examinations. In case you want to make any corrections, a correction window will be opened from August 24 to August 26, 2024.

Your admit card will carry basic information like the examination center, timings, and your registration number.
