- A copy of your CA Inter registration form.
- A valid email address, mobile number, and Personal Identification Number (PIN).
- For online fee payments, you can use BHIM UPI, MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Credit/Debit Card, or Rupay.
- A softcopy of your photograph.
- A scanned copy of your signature.
- Scanned copies of your class 10 and class 12 mark sheets in jpeg/jpg format.
- Special category certificates (if applicable) for SC/ST, OBC, or differently-abled candidates.
CA Intermediate Exam Form May 2025 - Steps to Fill
Step 1: Log in
Visit the icaiexam.icai.org website and log in using your unique ICAI credentials.
Step 2: Update Profile
Update your profile details if needed, and click on the “Apply Now” button.
Step 3: Fill Out the Form
Complete the required information and click “Save & Preview.”
Step 4: Review and Submit
If any changes are needed, click “Back to Form.” Once all details are correct, click “I agree” and finalize by clicking “Final Submit.”
Step 5: Pay the Exam Fee
Pay the CA Intermediate exam fee using a Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, VISA, or BHIM UPI.
Step 6: Confirmation and Download
After successful payment, you’ll see a notification with payment details. Save this information for your records and download the filled exam form in PDF format. If a Photo or Signature is Missing:
- Print the form.
- Attach your recent colored passport-size photo and sign the form.
- Get the form attested by a Gazetted Officer.
- Send the physical copy, along with the attachments, to ICAI.
ICAI will reject forms if photos are placed over existing images in the PDF or if signatures are written over scanned ones. No edits are allowed after submission.
