ICAI CA Inter & Final Result May 2024 (Result Date on 11th July)

The results of the Chartered Accountants Final Examinations held in May 2024 are expected to be officially announced on July 11th 2024 and candidates will be able to access them on the ICAI website icai.nic.in.

It should be noted that in order to access the results on the aforementioned website, the applicant must provide both his or her registration number and roll number.

If people register their mobile number and email address on the ICAI website, they can receive the ICAI final result for May 2024 via email and SMS.

Follow the steps below to check the CA Final May 2024 result:

1. Visit icai.nic.in and then click on “Results”.
2. Then, click on “Final (New)“.
3. After that, enter your ICAI Final Roll number and Registration number or PIN, then click on “Check Result”.
4. Your results will now be shown in a separate window. Take a printout of your results for future reference.

To receive the ICAI CA Final result 2024 via SMS, establish a new message on your handset as follows:

New Scheme – CAFNLNEW(space)XXXXXX (where XXXXXX represents the candidate’s 6-digit final examination roll number) and send the message to 57575. This facility is accessible to all mobile services.

Students who score 40% in individual courses and 50% in aggregate will pass the CA Final exams. Students who are dissatisfied with their CA Final results can seek Verification of Marks or Inspection of Certified Copies.

Pass with Distinction – Students who score 70% or higher will receive a result indicating that they passed with distinction.

According to the CA Intermediate Passing Criteria, students must achieve at least 40% in each topic and 50% in the total of all subjects in a group. Because the CA Intermediate course is divided into two groups, students can either complete one or both.

Pass with Distinction – If a student completes all of the CA Intermediate papers with an aggregate score of 70%, he will receive a statement of marks indicating that he passed the test with distinction.

For receiving your ICAI Final May 2024 result via email:

Step 1.) Visit the website – icaiexam.icai.org

Step 2.) Register yourself before the last date of the registration

 Students who want to check their results by email can register their email address with ICAI after the exams are completed.

The processes for verifying your CA Intermediate answer sheet online are outlined here.

• Visit the official ICAI website (icai.nic.in)
• Log in using your user ID and password.
• Select the option marked “Verification of answer sheets”.
• Submit a scanned handwritten application to authenticate your CA Intermediate answer book.
• Indicate the specific papers you want to verify.
• Make an online payment for the application fee.
• After paying the fees, you will receive a payment confirmation notification.

Once you have passed the CA Intermediate May 2024 exam, you can begin your 3.5-year articleship practical training. Even if you only pass one of the two groups of CA Intermediate exams, you are qualified for practical training. To register for the CA final level, you must first complete both CA Intermediate groups.

The following are the ICAI CA Final exam toppers for November 2023. Madhur Jain scored 77.38% (619/800) in the CA Final exam in November 2023, earning him the AIR 1. Furthermore, Sanskruti Atul Parolia was awarded AIR 2 with 74.99% (699/800), Prakhar Varshney received AIR 3 with 73.75% (590/800), and Rishi Malhotra received AIR 3. ICAI released the toppers list of the CA Final May 2023 exams along with the results.

Meaning of Exemption : If an applicant does not pass one or more topics but did pass the examination by scoring 60% on any of the CA Final exams, the candidate is eligible for an exemption for the next three examination attempts. The exemptions allowed in a paper are shown by “#” next to the subject marks provided. The outcome is indicated as “F-Ex” in the statement of marks.

CA Final Statement of Marks : Students will get a Statement of Marks via postal mail shortly after the CA Final May 2024 exam results are announced. However, if a student does not receive it within 4-5 weeks, they can contact dms_examhelpline@icai.in. The AICITSS assessment results are also included in the statement of marks.

CA Final Pass Certificate :  Students who pass both of the CA Final Nov 2023 Examination groups, either jointly or individually, will receive a pass certificate within 60 days of the results being declared. Students who do not obtain the same after eight weeks can contact dms_examhelpline@icai.in.

CA Final Rank Certificate  :  If you pass the CA Final exam in May 2024 with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks and get any of the 50 All India Ranks, you will receive a rank certificate by post from the ICAI. However, the top three winners will get their rank certificates from the ICAI President at the ICAI annual day celebration in February.

Verification of Marks and Certificate  : Students who are dissatisfied with their CA Final results may seek mark verification. The ICAI guidelines provide that you have one month to apply for mark verification. Now, the Verification result normally takes 6-8 weeks to arrive. Students can access their CA Final November 2023 verification results online at http://icaiexam.icai.org. If any changes occur following verification, the ICAI will send an updated statement of marks to the registered address.

●      Obtain advanced credentials such as CISA, CFA, or CPA.

●      Acquire practical experience in accounting firms or organizations.

●      Select a concentration in taxation, auditing, finance, or consulting.

●      Continuing education, such as an MBA or specialized courses.

●      Investigate entrepreneurship and establish a separate practice.

●      Participate in networking, professional development, and conferences.

●      Consider options in teaching and academics.

Students who did not pass the CA Final May 2024 examinations can register for them. The ICAI will soon release the CA Final Exam forms. Given the short time frame for the May 2024 exams, we recommend that students develop and adhere to a timetable. Make sure you revise the CA Final syllabus at least three times and practice with mock examinations on a regular basis.
